I've put in a couple tickets and sofar I still cannot access the download. I would really like to start using Maya 2018 if you guys at Autodesk would help. I paid a lot of money for my maintanence package only to be let down one again at the moment of truth. I got an email showing my serial number and product key with a link to the download but when I clicked the link it took me to my account and there was no download for Maya 2018 only things like 360 mobile and iCloud and other stuff not related to Maya 2018. I own a perpetual license to Maya entertainment creation suite and cannot get anyone to tell me where my 2018 software is at. I am having a horrible time trying to get anywhere in my account.
